The best Vanilla Sex dupe
Lattafa Sehr, $30
82% match · save $240
Why Sehr works as a Vanilla Sex dupe
Vanilla Sex is built around Vanilla, Tonka, Milk. Lattafa's Sehr shares its most recognisable notes, Vanilla, Tonka, Almond, which is why it earns an 82% shared-note match, at $30 instead of $270. A dupe shares key notes; it isn't identical, and the dry-down and longevity can differ. But for the signature everyone notices, that match is what counts.
Where Sehr differs from Vanilla Sex
The match is on the shared heart, Vanilla, Tonka, Almond, which is the part most people actually recognise. Beyond that, Sehr doesn't carry Vanilla Sex's Milk and Ambrette, so expect those accents to read softer or go missing, especially in the dry-down. If Milk and Ambrette are the part of Vanilla Sex you love most, this dupe gets you close rather than all the way, so smell it on skin before you commit.
